Tomato Soup

Ingredients


  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1clove crushed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 ripe avocado chopped
  • 1tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  1. Place everything except the avocado and olive oil in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.



Creamy Cucumber Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 clove garlic 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
Instructions
  1. Put everything except the dill weed and onion in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the dill and onion. Blend long enough to mix them in.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
